THE WORLD OF PHOTOGRAPHY HAS HIT A NEW LOW in new highs! It’s not even a great photo of a potato!
I’m beating my brains out to construct new art photography and ATTEMPT to get my work seen by potential buyers, and this guy has a few drinks with a wealthy businessman, and bitta-bing-bitta-bang…sells a dirty potato photo.
So potatoes are the hot item now?
At least Edward Weston’s black & white photograph of a pepper (Pepper – 1930) is CLASSIC and beautiful…the lines and shadows gently rolling into highlights…the curvature…marvelous! WESTON was a Master of light and shadow.
☆ Maybe weeds will be the next great money maker for a handful of photographers, if so, then please consider purchasing my weed photograph…AND IT WON’T COST YOU $1.5 MILLION! I’LL sell a high-quality print to you at the low price of $750,000 — that’s a GREAT DEAL!
