ALWAYS Stuck at 1,600 Subscribers — Am I Stuck in a Twilight Zone Episode?

ALWAYS Stuck at 1,600 Subscribers — Am I Stuck in a Twilight Zone Episode?

I am really at odds with the mysterious process of wordpress’s subscribers’s database, IN WHICH, everytime I FINALLY REACH 1,600 subscribers (by email), MAGICALLY, a couple, or a handful of subscribers, unsubscribe…LIKE, WTF!!!!

This has been going on for months.

—————

Is wordpress just f’ing with me?

Is this some sort of game their AI is playing with me?

OR, am I really that much of a dislikeable, unskilled, charlatan, and my Photography Blog(s) are like Cryptonite to people who land on my blog post pages?

Honestly, I have no idea, but it is getting a little bit tiring that every time I seem to make some headway with subscribers, some necromancer-magic ensues, and my subscribers disappear into nothingness.

Maybe after being a Photographist, of one kind or another, for 41 years, I really don’t have any clue about how to make an interesting compostion…aaaaahhhhhhhhhhh………….that must be it.

Why would anyone waste time unsubscribing from blogs?

I don’t know about any of you, but I DON’T go out of my way to unsubscribe anyone…there is no point. I subscribe to people who I thought I would find interesting. EVEN IF I DON’T normally visit many of my subscribing blogs, I may sometimes find interesting posts from ANY of my fellow Bloggers–THUS, I keep my subscriptions and don’t normally waste time going thru my many blog subscriptions with the sole purpose of unsubscribing.

Complex Crushed Art Pencils Colour Field Photography Series. Series Start Month/Year: February/2018.

—————

Series Artist’s Statement:
“It wasn’t until after I designed the first 11 photographs in this series that I realized something very powerful about these images. There are big elements (relative to the other elements), and then small elements, and then tiny elements, and then, even smaller and smaller particles in the photographs, and all of the elements interconnect. Therefore, there is the placement of the bigger parts to create the sense of colour-field, fields, or partitions, and then there are all the particles that overlap and intermix with the larger parts in the photos.”

#1 of 49 – “THE 49-PROJECT” Art Photography Series by Nawfal Johnson on 2 March 2014

That is the Public Album Link where the entire THE 49-PROJECT can be seen. However, I will post each photograph here as well.

THE 49-PROJECT, is a Birthday Project that I have done now, for the third time. I did a 45-Project; a 48-PROJECT, and now, THE 49-PROJECT. The images designed, were created over a 4-hour period on 2 March 2014, on my 49th Birthday – the 4-hour time limit was self-imposed, which put the pressure on me a bit to get it done! The ideal is to design and create the same number of images that correspond to my years of age, in this case, 49. It was a difficult task. I did not photograph anything new for this collection. However, all the images in this project series are new creations made with pieces and parts of photographs that I have created in the past. Therefore, these are all new art photographs.

Penang Trees – an Abstract Expressionistic Photography Point of View

Penang Trees - an Abstract Expressionistic Photography Point of View ID: 12929510 Category: Arts & Photography Description: "Penang Trees - an Abstract Expressionistic Photography Point of View," by Nawfal Johnson Nur, is a collection of 18 art photographs. This series shows "what else" the trees are - their symbolic meanings based on physical characteristics, which in a larger sense, inspired this project. Nawfal photographed the trees from the viewpoint of a subjective observer wishing to record and design images that exhibit the grand characteristics of trees with their wild and twisting branches and beautiful glowing hues. However, those qualities were just the beginning points to base this series on: Nawfal used those visual ques to design images that more appropriately exemplified his feelings while capturing the photographs. The qualities of having "abundance" and "hope", are traits that Nawfal believes trees naturally have, and generously give to humankind. This is what Nawfal wanted to show in these abstract images.
